Siempre se dice que en Linux no podemos jugar los mejores juegos que se juegan en Windows, tales como Starcraft, World of Warcraft, Warcraft III, Counter Strike, entre otros. Y aunque antes esto era cierto, debido a que las grandes empresas desarrolladoras crean estos juegos para el sistema operativo mas usado (Windows); ahora ésto ya no lo es 100%, ya que gracias al esfuerzo de software como Wine, Cedega, CrossoverGames ahora podemos jugarlos en Linux.
PlayOnLinux es otra herramienta para jugar éstos juegos de Windows en Linux, similar a Cedega, a diferencia que ésta es libre. Aunque por el momento no hay paquetes para Intrepid, los de Hardy parecen funcionar bien.
